A man struggling with PE is always on edge, holding back due to the worry and tension of finishing too soon. The more effort we put into trying to last longer, focusing on not reaching the end prematurely, the more we crowd out the potential for spontaneity and magic. Instead, we're met with tension and fear.

My story. In short.

Before I started tackling PE, I was married for over 20 years. Even though everything looked good from the outside, my marriage was more a frienship kind, not a sexual passion driven type. I spent years trying to fix my issues but was always scared to really face them, doubting if I could ever get past them. My motivation back then was wrong, I tried to do it for my wife, not for myself.

The more I looked inside myself over the years, the more I connected with my fears and past hurts. I knew I needed some tools to help me through. I started with Transcendental Meditation, then found Yoga and Shamanic Ceremonies helpful. A big moment for me was reading David Hawkins' books on healing trauma and emotions. They taught me to use my voice in different ways (like crying, screaming, or humming) to help heal my body and let out emotions in a physical way. Over time, I came up with my own ways of dealing with deep emotions and trauma stored in my body.

Two years ago, I hit a really tough spot in my 22-year relationship, facing my deepest fears and traumas around sex. This was a pivotal moment for me. This journey changed my life and what I do for others. Working through my own limitations led me and my new partner, Saraswati, to create a way to help others heal from trauma. This methodology is now one of the fundamentals of our Voice Tantra Academy.

Phase 3: Voice Tantra Fundamentals

You'll begin to explore your body and emotions early in this journey, but this stage emphasizes that work. We'll dive into your body's energy, and you'll learn to notice any tension and tough emotions. I'll show you how to start letting them go by using your breath and voice. I'll also teach you the basic techniques that helped me overcome premature ejaculation and now form the core of the Voice Tantra methodology.
